I worked with Sandra Bare for a while when looking for my house. She was so friendly and personable. I ended up buying a mobile home in a park where they wouldn’t work with realtors so I didn’t end up buying through her, but I certainly would have. As a 22 year old buying her first home, Sandra was so helpful and an utter delight to work with. She gave me some great tips on finding an affordable home, even though she wouldn’t be with me the entire process, she was so willing to help me. In future transactions, she is the only person I would turn to when buying or selling a home (which I may do soon!

Whenever I saw a house I was interested in we were looking at it within a day or two. With her years of experience she was able to point out things for me to notice and think about while looking.
